Refurbished IBM 9848-AC2 Control Enclosure

  • An IBM FlashSystem V9000 can use a combination of AC2 controllers (or newer AC3 controllers) and the AE2 storage enclsoure
  • V9000 controller model AC2 has six slots that are used for the following features:
    - 8 Gb FC, 16Gb FC, and 10 Gb Ethernet Cards (feature numbers #AH10, #AH11, #AH12, and #AF44)
    - SAS Expansion Enclosure Attach Card (feature number #AH13)
    - Compression Accelerator Card (feature number #AH1A)
  • Our refurbished 9848-AC2 FlashSystem V9000 arrays are tested, configured, and guaranteed for IBM maintenance

Systems offered under machine types 9846 and 9848 are functionally identical.  Models ordered as 9846 originally had a 1-yr warranty, and models ordered as 9848 originally had a 3-yr warranty.
