  • Includes 24x 2.5-inch small form factor (SFF) SAS bays that support use SFF Gen2 (SFF-2) carriers/trays
  • Has redundant SAS paths to all drives via two redundant Enclosure Services Modules (ESMs)
  • Attached via PCIe Gen3 SAS adapters (such as FC# EJ0J, EJ0M, EJ0L, EJ14, or embedded SAS controller in a P8/P9 System)
  • Supports 6GB or 12GB throughput, based on the speed of the SAS adapter used
  • Occupies 2U (2 EIA) in a 19-inch rack
